We ship all orders as quickly as possible, typically within 2-3 business days. However, please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events, peak shopping days, and holidays. We do not ship on Sundays or holidays.
Your shipping fee is calculated according to your subtotal (your total after all sale items have been reduced and coupon codes have been applied) and does not include tax.

Due to the custom nature of our clothing, we are not able to offer refunds or exchanges at this time. Please be sure and double-check our size guide before you purchase.
All sale items or items purchased at a discount are final sales and not eligible for returns or refunds. However, we do offer a store credit on all items purchased at full price. To receive store credit, complete the online form and, return the item within 10 days of receipt. Your order may be subject to a $5 restocking fee. We are always available and happy to help with any questions you may have!
What happens if my order arrives incomplete, incorrect, damaged, or defective?
While we strive to make every order perfect, we are human so mistakes can happen. If this happens, please contact us within 10 days of receiving the item so we can fix the issue!
