Thank you for stopping by! Peonies & Parasols blossomed out of a love for smocked clothing. Fifteen years ago, it was very challenging to find a new smocked dress for less than $60. As a mom of four, I love putting my kids in matching outfits. However, it was even harder to find sibling matches on a budget.
